I have been a landscape designer for 3 decades, with a emphasis on sustainability, use of native plants and edible gardening. I am certainly aided and supported by my wonderful family and friends. Our yellow Lab X, Lark, a rescue from TN, is the self appointed branch chipper, lawn aerator and rodent chaser. Our two gardens are in Zone 6a & b, Massachusetts.
After many years of being an ovo/lacto vegetarian and several failed attempts, I have finally been vegan for the last two years. Thanks to my son who encouraged and inspired me.
I cook an anti-inflammatory diet which is gluten and soy free, with no article preservatives or coloring, largely organic and non-GMO, and have never felt better.
